How to enable Regedit or Registry!!

This is a problem which arises because of virus attacks. Although the best way to avoid this is to keep a regularly updated anti virus, there are ways to soot out this problem. To bring back the folder options, you need to change the windows registry. But Sometimes the viruses may even disable registry editing. If this happens we need to reactivate the registry.
There are different ways to enable the registry one of which I found most effective. Its simple. Just copy the code given below into the run command box in start menu.
