There are many sites which allow you to create blogs but I have some of the best blog sites here – WordPress, Blogger (Google) and Blogsavy. Now you can easily create a new blog in these sites. Just sign up and they will give all the needed instructions to create a blog. So the 2nd step is to choose the blog name and creating it.
